Yes, we are perfectly nestled in central Monterey. 7min walk to downtown. Stones throw from the beach, bike and running path. 10 minutes from the Old Fishermans Wharf and a 7 minute drive to Cannery Row, Monterey Bay Aquarium and Pacific Grove.
Where do we park?
Though most our guests prefer parking residential, we offer a small private lot behind our building. Residential parking is located along Park Ave and 1st street, please check for parking limitation signage. For our private lot enter between 1110 Del Monte Ave. and 1112 Del Monte Ave. Space is limited -call in advance to reserve a spot.
Why don't you allow children?
We think children are great, please don't get us wrong but we see our most common guests are hard working parents who simply need a breather. We're here for them, the honeymooners, the babymooners and everyone 18 and older. No this is not a kinky Hotel.

We are small organization with a big heart. Locally owned and operated, our goal is to assure you have the utmost comfortable stay. Please feel free to call us with any questions and we will do our best accommodate.
Check-in hours are 3pm-9pm daily. We do offer late check-in for a fee of $25 per hour (service subject to availability). We ask that you schedule late check-ins at least 72 hours in advance.
Check out is noon, we do offer late check out upon request (subject to availability)
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodations type. Please enter the dates of your stay via third party booking site and check what conditions apply to your preferred room.
Each room sleeps two, we do not offer extra beds. See the Princess Suite King on the third floor for four overnight guests.

All guests are welcomed to reschedule their booking up to a year from the original reservation date, free of fees, on behalf of Hotel 1110.
Reservations made directly with Hotel 1110 from late March to April 15th will be reported as cancellations with our full compliance. Please be patient as we sort through each case individually. For cancellations that have already been processed please expect refunds to be allotted between the dates of April 7th and April 15th.
Third-party reservations such as booking.com and hotels.com are advised to claim cancellations with the coordinating booking agency.
